If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange (less applicable shipping).
All instrument returns must be requested within 14 days of date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition.
All accessory and non-instrument returns must be requested within 30 days of date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition.
If you are not sure about your flute or piccolo purchase, we strongly suggest you contact us for a 7-day trial (shipping charges apply). We are here to guide you and offer excellent advice. Upon approval, you can even try 2 – 3 instruments at one time.

If you purchased a flute or piccolo after the 7-day trial, there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To begin the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, place the items securely and sufficiently protected in its original packaging and mail your return via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 – 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
